• Preliminary design, preliminary site specific planning, concept drawings & sketches. • Non bid “builder” CADD drawing sets for smaller scale residential projects. • Design modifications to “can plan” drawing sets in CADD format. • Remodel and retrofit design services for both residential and commercial projects. • New Subdivision design review services. • Full bid level CADD construction documents including, design development, consultant selection and _coordination, specifications, bidder selection, value engineering and construction administration services. _Note: Full bid projects follow AIA contract format for services rendered. • Design team member for design build projects working directly for contractor. • Commercial site planning, site design development and site plan permitting services. |
Fees |
Fees for our projects are based on the complexity of each project.
We offer both hourly fees and percentage derived fees based on the construction
budgets for the project. |
